Programming by session for the year 2020

VPilates is a wellness studio that offers classes throughout the year, take advantage of any of our planned sessions to discover or rediscover Pilates! Plan your workout weeks ahead of time or book a different class every week! We vary our classes every session.
Book and manage your classes online, to easily follow your busy schedule. 

We offer a wide variety of Pilates , Bootybarre, Bbarreless, Trampoline or Prenatal classes, while trying to vary the time slots available for each one. We surely have a class that fits your needs!

2020 session dates

Winter 2020: January 6th to March 29th, 2020 - 12 weeks

Spring 2020: March 30th to June 21st, 2020 - 12 weeks

Summer 2020: August 3rd to 30th, 2020 - 4 weeks

Fall 2020: August 31st to December 20th, 2020 - 15 weeks

Fall break October 26th to November 1st 2020



Located in Mercier-Est, at 2724 rue des Ormeaux, H1L 4X7, our Pilates studio in Montreal offers many classes given Monday to Saturday, from 8.00AM to 9.00PM.
